1. Booking Fees

A £50 booking fee is required to secure your first and subsequent appointments with Forever Facial Aesthetics.

• This fee is fully redeemable against any treatment or product purchase made within one month of your consultation date.
• The booking fee is non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment, cancel without sufficient notice, or decide not to proceed with treatment for personal reasons.
• If you do not attend your consultation/appointment and wish to rebook, a new £50 booking fee will apply.

2. Cancellations, Non-Attendance & Late Arrivals

We understand that circumstances can change, but as our appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, we kindly request a minimum of two full working days’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee for new patients.
• For existing patients, cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £50 fee payable prior to booking the next appointment.
• Failure to attend an appointment will also result in the loss of your booking fee.
• Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made via telephone or online during clinic opening hours. Messages received outside of these hours will not be accepted.
• Appointments cannot be rescheduled online within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
• Please arrive promptly to ensure you receive your full treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

3. Courses of Treatment

All pre-paid treatment courses are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Courses are non-transferable between patients and cannot be exchanged for alternative treatments or products.

4. Refund Policy

We are committed to achieving excellent results and patient satisfaction. However, as aesthetic treatments are medical procedures with variable outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results, and no refunds will be issued for completed treatments or partially used packages.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of clinic management.

5. Medical Suitability & Practitioner Discretion

All treatments are subject to a full medical consultation and assessment. The practitioner reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or not in the patient’s best interests.

In such cases, alternative options or referrals may be discussed.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Forever Facial Aesthetics operates in full compliance with GDPR and medical confidentiality standards. All patient information, medical records, and photographs are stored securely and used only for clinical or administrative purposes unless otherwise agreed and consent is obtained for promotional activities or clinical education.
